  First of all, I never thought I would be comfortable with a trainer due to the fact that I just had been self conscious but Mike proved me wrong, he is very professional, somehow eliminated my poor self confidence….Hands down the best of trainer of all time! I’ve been with Mike for at least 8 years and have followed him from studio to studio!!! Actually, believe it or not, I was his FIRST client….Not only does he help with exercises but he helps with diet planning and keeps you on track!!! He is always willing to help out in any way possible and is always reachable via text! I will always recommended him for any one who is in need of personal training!

  I’ve known Mike Caron (owner) for over 9 years and what’s impressed me most is his drive to always get better. Whether that’s improving his craft or making improvements to his facility.

  Mike is the most knowledgeable trainer I have ever worked with. I had 2 months to get my weight down and my stamina up for the police academy. 2 months later not only did I pass they never seen someone come in the shape I was in! Thanks Mike you not only taught me that I can do anything I set my mind to you gave me a new lifestyle! Highly recommend Reps 2 Results fitness!

  Reps2Results is a great family-oriented community to be part of. I strongly suggest signing up here. The place is easy to find and always clean. By no means is it a large corporate gym space but is well equipped and big enough to train at least 3 people at a time.
  
  I started training 1x1 with Mike around the holidays because I didn’t feel like my daily workouts were doing much for me anymore, and wanted to work on strength and build muscle. I’m a slower mover, but from the start Mike has been super friendly, patient, professional, non-judgmental, pushes goal accomplishments and pays close attention to whatever aches or pains I may have and works around them. If either of us have to cancel a session, he is always flexible in making up the time.
  
  Every two weeks we do an InBody scan to see progress. Since starting here I’ve definitely shed a good amount of weight whilst also gaining muscle leaving me feeling stronger, healthier and happier daily.
  
  To be honest, I meant to only stay a couple of months and continue on my own but 5 months later I’m still here and have no plans of leaving!

Would def recommend Reps 2 Results !! —Darence P. When I approached Mike for Personal Training, I was fed up with the "big box gym" environment. I was intimidated and had no clue how to use the machines. I had worked with several trainers previously, in many different gyms, and realized that it is not my style.
