I had a failure of the NV4500 transmission in my Dodge 2500 tow rig. I had equipment on job sites that needed to move, and it was urgent that I got it fixed. I found Christian's post for rebuilt transmissions on Facebook. He responded quickly and discussed the situation with me in great detail. My truck broke down Tuesday night, and was running again Thursday night in time for the next job thanks to Christian (and a couple late nights for me in the shop). I can tell care was taken when assembling the transmission. It works as expected, and I am pleased. I would do business with Christian again if the need every comes up. Worth the 3.5 hour drive. Thank you!

My car was showing low tire pressure 2 hours away from home; I dropped into the shop and was immediately helped by Eric (? sorry if wrong name!). He checked the tire pressure and made sure all was okay before I left. He was professional, courteous and I was so grateful for the help---10 stars ⭐️
This is an honest shop and the owner, Christian, is someone who obviously cares about his craft and customers. I was unsure about the estimates after the repair, but he was able to politely break down all the work his mechanics did that I had not considered. He did not want to cut corners by providing narrow sighted diagnostics, so his crew took their time so they could understand what was truly wrong with my vehicle.
It made sense to me after he broke everything down. Christian and his crew are good people and I will use them again.
This place is the absolute BEST!! Christian explains everything in detail and is completely honest and forthcoming about ANY possible charges on repairs/diagnostics. First time in my life (as a woman) that I ever felt like I could trust a repair shop. He also gives you options for parts (using what he orders or buying your own) to help make the work more affordable. Solid work. Utmost integrity.
