I feel as though reviews are worth giving when a company or product blows your expectations out of the water and Renzo Gracie Rockland blows everyone out of the water.. I am a Brazilian native who grew up with martial arts my whole life. When moving to Rockland my family tried a bunch of different places that were okay. The moment we stepped foot into Renzo Gracie Rockland we knew. They feel like home, they treat you like family and have a dedicated team who is nothing but supportive.
My husband and children both attend and we couldn’t imagine life without it. The program has helped increase my daughter and sons confidence, defense and respect towards others. Beyond grateful for everyone here 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 If you are considering, they will not disappoint. -

(September 12, 2022, 8:50 am)This could be my first review of anything ever because normally I don’t care enough about a service or product. This place is different though. It’s very welcoming to new comers as they teach you ways to attack and defend yourself. I’m still new with only have done 6 months but I plan on doing bjj forever now and that’s because of professor Omar and his team of higher belts who are very passionate about what they do. I would recommend this place to anybody.

(May 19, 2022, 10:02 am)Renzo Gracie Rockland is an amazing place to train Brazilian JiuJitsu. It’s more than a gym, it’s a family. The teachers and students are extremely talented and personable and everyone is supportive of each other. Both of my kids and I train here and the discipline, confidence and skills we learn here will serve us well for the rest of our lives.
I highly recommend anyone to come train here. It is one of the most fulfilling, challenging and useful things you can do. Once you start you will never want to stop. BJJ for Life! -

(July 8, 2021, 7:00 pm)Definitely recommend! If you’re looking for a legit jiu jitsu academy then Renzo Gracie Rockland is it! The atmosphere is friendly and very family oriented. The Professors and Coaches really care about their students. Professor Omar, as well as all of the other professors, and coaches provide quality instruction and a welcoming environment. The academy is always clean too. This is literally my teenagers home away from home. Best decision we’ve made!
