He updated my new prescription to my new glasses and kindly fixed my present glasses as well. He was super patient and extremely informative. I never right reviews, but in this case I had to acknowledge Andrew, for his great customer service. I will not go to any other Visionworks, but there. Thank you Andrew.

(May 22, 2023, 2:27 pm)The staff and optometrists here are wonderful. I came here initially to have a prescription I received at a Westchester Davis store corrected. They did that and more. Every time I've come here, I've received excellent and speedy customer service. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The staff is professional and kind and the Optometrist is great, she took the time to ask questions and listen. I highly recommend Visionworks. There is no upselling and the staff is incredible!
