  This place has everything you will ever need in your audio pursuit! My first experience was a little embarassing but this is what happend. I actually showed up unannounced thinking this was a storefront and quickly realized I might have needed to place my order online beforehand to actually pick it up.... Anyways, I hit the call button on the door and explained I may have messed up by just showing up at the front door. Very quickly a gentleman named Mark , who I know was busy with other orders, was kind enough to let me in. He immediatley gathered my order on the spot, no hassle at all, and explained (if i remember correctly) that they moved recently and the order of operation is that they usually do online orders and will call you for pickup when its ready. He had everything I needed and cashed me out. Mark was very professional and informative to say the least. Since then I have placed another online order and they shipped it the next day! Great company and I can easily understand why they have such a great reputation. 5/5 stars

  I ordered a custom rack panel from Redco, I live in Alberta, Canada. I ordered it around noon. Got a confirmation email immediately. Then the email from the shipper came literally an hour or so later, so fast I thought it had to be spam.. theres no way they had made it already. Long story short, i was expecting to wait weeks for this item that had to be manufactured and shipped from the US. It was on my doorstep the next day at around 1:00 pm. Monroe CT to Edmonton Alberta in 24 hours. I still can’t believe it. Thanks so much, best service I’ve experienced in a very long while!

  I have been doing business with Redco Audio for years, both as a walk-in and as an online customer. Every transaction has been smooth, and every communication has been clear, professional, and helpful. For DIY cable supplies, this is my primary source. Their Redco branded 12-2 speakers cable + Speakon connectors is a great deal compared to what music stores offer. Highly recommended!

  I was in a bind when my monitor controller had to be replaced and I had to rewire my studio with the new controller. I placed my order online and then called and spoke to Chris. I asked if there was any way I can have the order expedited. I offered to pay extra. He said they will see what they can do. At no extra charge, my order was shipped the next day!

  I have ordered a number of different custom cables, and recently had Redco build me a custom recording snake. Not only is the build quality superb, but they are fast and easy to deal with. Their custom cable builder on the website is easy to use and very thorough. Bravo.
