  UPDATE they care read whole review.
  
  I love Red Robin and stop by when I am in town. This was the worst ever... 20 minutes wait for the server to come to the table ... 30 minutes no food had to go. The manager didn't comp anything paid for our drinks. Not my Red Robin, I remember. Where is Chris Blow the manager this was not his store. Sad day for Red Robin.

  Came in 15 mins before closed. We were running late going there. Had my birthday offer close to expiring.
  The restaurant was empty. Still the manager sat us. Waited on us. Was very nice and good sense of humor. We hurried as he seemed tired, trying to not show it and be in good spirits. We were the only ones there. After we got our food. We decided to head out so they can close and get home. We were running behind anyway. He brought us our To-go boxes and my other item I had ordered to go.
  
  We really appreciated his help and service. He didnt treat us like we came in last min where everyone was probably ready to go home. He even told us to take our time.That was so considerate.

  Cowboy Ranch Tavern with fries. Burger was cooked as requested and fries were out-of-the-fryer hot. Burger was greasier than usual, and didn't have much of a taste.
  Server was efficient, but not friendly. Asked if we wanted more fries, but not drink refills.
  Table was clean, but has that "wooden table stickiness", from lack of a hot-water cleanse.
