(July 9, 2023, 3:56 pm)I cannot say enough good things. We wanted to try something different and this place came up as a suggested post in our Instagram feed.
The atmosphere is stunning. Very clean and bright. Each detail was thought of, from.the plate designs to the logos on the napkins.
The service was wonderful and attentive. Quiet possibly the most attentive server we have ever experienced.
The portions were huge, ingredients fresh and flavor unrivaled! I was going to take pictures of the food but, we ate before I had a chance. I was even able to pack left overs for lunch the next day.
Cannot wait to come back. -

(July 5, 2023, 4:31 pm)I went to this restaurant for the 1st time recently the food here was delicious I had the pork soup dumplings for an appetizer and they were very fresh and delicious and I had the Tonkotsu Ramen and it was also very fresh and delicious and the portion sizes are large. The Jasmine tea was loose leaf tea abd was also very fresh and delicious, they also serve boba tea there. The atmosphere was very nice and I like that it was located in Quarry Walk so there where other shops to visit after lunch. If you're in the area give them a try. You won't be disappointed!

(July 3, 2023, 11:35 pm)Gaht the chance to hit up R&B recently after hearing some solid buzz and having a serious craving for dumplings and lemme just say, someone plz hold the front door, the phone, my cat etcetera becausei jeed to say something....
This is a hidden gem w/o a doubt!.... located in a rather trendy lil shopping center that has a few other shops that seem to constantly be busy. The layout of the restaurant is a bit small but feels modern and along the vein of a traditional noodle house.
Our waitress was very nice and attentive checking on us repeatedly throughout the meal so that was a plus and every looked clean and inviting.
My company and I placed and order of the TFC (Taiwanese Fried Chicken)

Lets start w/the TFC...wow was this a killer app to kick things off. Crunchy and flavorful while delivering on a bunch of fronts this one is a winner. My only knock might be that it was a bit salty, nonetheless it rly was a homerun.
The scallion Pancakes were just the right kinda fried crispy sidekick that brought an added dimension to the rest of the food we ordered.
The spicy chicken dumplings were probably the only let down but simply because I felt they weren't spicy hot enough. The flavor was outstanding but for an extra $1.50 I could do w/the hot chili dipping sauce that wasn't even hot.
Now for the soup dumplings, my company felt like she had had better but tbh I felt these were a very very good rendition of the famed dish.
The soup consume was clear and clean and the flavors were outstanding...I definitely recommend getting the julienned ginger as thats what put these over the top for me. Bite a lil hole on top n let the steam out, dump some chili oil n ginger in there n slap ya self silly with flavor!!
All in all this was one of the best meals of the year so far and I'll be sure to come back to check out the ramen being a noodler! -

(February 17, 2023, 9:00 pm)The food here is so delicious. Probably our favorite Chinese restaurant in all of CT. Everything we ordered was delicious. The pork soup dumplings were fantastic too but we ate it too quick and didn’t get a photo.
Update: wanted to post some more food we had at a second time here. Was delicious again! -

(February 15, 2023, 5:58 pm)Absolutely in love with this place. I’ve been wanting soup dumplings for so long and finally found a place close enough to get them! The staff is super friendly and quick. We dined in and probably ordered half the menu with the group that we had. The Taiwanese fried chicken is super crispy and has a slight kick where you barely notice it! All of their dumplings are great, and they show you how to eat the soup dumpling if you’ve never done it before so you don’t burn your mouth. The Beijing style noodles had a great flavor. But the best part to me was adding the hot sauce they have at every table to my noodles and dumplings. I’m usually not good with spice but the flavor was so good. It was like garlicky and salty with a kick, I added so much because it tasted so good. 10/10 wish I could give them even more stars
