(May 30, 2023, 8:35 am)Update - I understand there are circumstances so I changed my rating from earlier. Earlier I had written: Dr Bais is excellent and I had seen her for a number of years. Currently under the new corporate practice I am not allowed to see her for my current ailment UNLESS I see a different Dr in same practice first. Note - I am not in a managed-plan-insurance group. Since this is not how I handle my health, I am so sorry to loose Dr Bais as my Dr.

(August 24, 2022, 8:50 pm)I am in tears writing this review. This doctor genuinely cares for her ALL OF HER patients. I booked an appointment with her to get started with a pcp in my network - basically meeting her on a whim. She listened to my concerns and helped me with any questions I had. My mom passed away and I needed some sort of anti depressant that was going to help me get back on track with my life. Not only did she help me with that, she recommended therapists that my insurance took. Also, I have MS I expressed my concerns with my current neurologist (I extremely dislike him) - she got me on a steroid that I needed to help my condition and she suggested a few doctors that she knew that may be able to help me out with finding a new one! Talk about service! Then, she was on vacation - where her partner was taking on any messages being left for her - & he called me and filled a script that I needed right away - their practice is 1000 % recommended by me and their new building is gorgeous (it's the old DSW building near Burger King in Eatontown!) --- I LOVE THIS PRACTICE AND DOCTOR! this is what a doctor should be like! Caring of patients and all around genuine. #welovedrbais!
