(June 15, 2023, 6:25 pm)Within an hour of submitting an inquiry I received a phone call and has an appointment scheduled. Dr. Srour was incredibly personal and extremely thorough carefully explaining everything she was doing during the removal of wax build up. She answered questions and spent all the time you needed as a patient making sure every box was checked. I never once felt rushed. Would absolutely recommend her to all of my friends and family.

(June 7, 2023, 10:51 am)I went to Dr. Srour because of ear wax buildup that had been bothering me for a couple of years, with no relief or effective suggestions from my GP. Dr. Srour explained exactly what she was doing every step of the way to remove the ear wax. As soon as she was done, it was immediate relief and I was able to hear so much better (I didn’t even realize how the ear wax buildup was affecting my hearing.) She also did a hearing screening and checked my ear pressure as well. I decided to go back to Dr. Srour for a full hearing evaluation and she thoroughly explained hearing issues I had had since I was a child and recommended some follow ups. I would highly recommend Dr. Srour…she was knowledgeable, very responsive and most importantly, she solved my problem that I have had for years!

(May 25, 2023, 6:35 am)Professional and thorough! Got rid of my itchy ears(which I had for 6 months now) after coming to 3 different ENT specialists who only recommend ear oils. The 1 hr drive is worth it.
