We recently had a life threatening emergency with one of our pups and were shocked at the level of care and compassion that everyone in the office displayed. Our Ruby girl is literally alive and still with us because of them. ❤️

(August 19, 2023, 3:33 pm)I couldn’t be happier with the care that my dog received by Dr Brooks and Anthony in 2022.
Dr. Brooks is genuinely caring and takes the time to carefully “listen” to all of your concerns and address them. He works with you on the best plan of care for your pet which is so comforting.
In my 40 years of pet ownership I have never come across a veterinary technician who comes close to having the knowledge and compassion that Anthony has. He is truly outstanding!!!

Update: My dog recently had an appointment with Dr. Shapiro this week. Dr. Shapiro and her entire team are very professional, caring, and knowledgeable. It is clear that Dr. Shapiro has true compassion for the animals under her care! I am so grateful to have them caring for my dog Summer !!!

(July 21, 2023, 8:21 pm)We needed to find a new vet for my dog. My dog was abused and neglected before we adopted her and she has anxiety issues. Our OLD vet wanted to drug her to almost a catatonic state so we needed to find a new vet. Ragged Mountain staff understood and made her visit as low stress as possible. Our dog was happy at the end. We are very happy we found Ragged Mountain.
