  I have entrusted my cars to Raffia service center for years. I can count on getting it fixed, the first time, at a reasonable price. They are very easy to work with!

  I had my brakes, calibers and rotors done here. They were knowledgeable and very professional. They had my vehicle back in a timely manner and very honest and fair on pricing. They did not sugar coat to jack up prices like some places. I definitely recommend them and will go here for service because they can be trusted

  My husband recommended this shop to me a few years back; we still use them for both of our vehicles. I've had a great experience with Ken and his team ever since. It's always easy to make an appointment, and they're always incredibly transparent with their billing and service reports (which is great, as I know next to nothing about cars, and they take the time to review everything clearly). They keep me informed about pending maintenance I'll need to prepare for, and Ken is always very friendly and helpful! When I needed a type of tire service that they could not support, they directed me to their sister shop, who was just as lovely and got me in the same day. 10/10 would recommend!

  The Service Rep was respectful and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and recommended a path to repair. Set the appt. dropped off the truck and was called in hours with the diagnosis. Have the green light and was called in a few hours to pick up the vehicle. Done professionally and runs great. Fair price. Very well done!
  I have used them twice now, and my approval rating only goes higher with each engagement. Rafia Road Service does great work. If you have an issue, they immediately jump on it and satisfy your concern. Just exceptional work!
