(March 9, 2021, 9:57 am)I have to say I have all GREAT things to say Christine and Ed were so helpful she made sure I was able to get the loan in my name, she made sure I was able to make my other appointment today I truly am so happy with my new suv and I HIGHLY reccommend THUNDER MOTORS if you want great service and a person who really does care about her customers I can’t rave enough how happy I am with not just the car and the service she provides is phenomenal just the whole experience with this company was AWESOME!!! (July 14, 2020, 12:43 pm)I assisted my mom in purchasing a vehicle here as she is approaching 80 and I wanted to make sure that she was taken care of.So my mom purchased a cute little Prius the day before the pandemic hit and motor vehicle closed with no ability to register the car. The owner of the dealership was very diligent And kept in contact with us and motor vehicle. in the meantime her lot was vandalized and catalytic converter’s were stolen from many cars. she replaced the one on my mom’s car with OEM parts no cheap foreign knock off. Finally the day came where the registration was processed and the Dealer principal was driving the vehicle to the gas station to fill it up for my mom When the check engine light came on this woman brought it to the dealer and chased this problem until it was perfectly repaired. this process cost her thousands of dollars not hundreds, thousands. She could have come back to the shop cleared The check engine light and said here’s your keys have a good time, but that wasn’t part of her make up instead she spent the money and made the vehicle perfect for the woman so very special to me ( my mom). INTEGRITY Is not always the word we think of when talking about used car dealers but it definitely is the word I think of when somebody says thunder motors. The grateful daughter of the Prius owner!!!! Thank you for your moral standard Christine!!!!
