(March 19, 2023, 1:25 pm)Showed up this morning to a totally dark inside unit due to a downed utility line. Met one of the managers outside the unit, Kathleen, who called Chris in the manager’s office, explaining my predicament and to see if they had another unit I could transfer to without having to jump through hoops. Chris was able to find a 10x20 and gave it to me at the same cost of the 10x15. Out of pocket cost for the transfer?? $1.07 for a state tax transfer 😂 Couldn’t have been happier thanks to Kathleen and Chris at Public Storage, Burnt Tavern Rd Brick NJ woohoo!!

(February 22, 2023, 4:46 pm)I had a very positive experience here over the few months I stored my stuff. The staff(Wendy)was very helpful moving in and moving out. The entire facility is updated with digital gate entry and was generally very well kept. No leaking or flooding at my unit throughout the rainy months and no vandalism noted.
Compared to other storage centers in the immediate area, I found this place to be much safer, well kept and easy to deal with. I have dealt with nightmares at other spots but overall this Public Storage was a very positive experience.
