Ryan gave us excellent customer service and made the whole experience smooth and easy to process. First time customer for Public Storage. Very excited.

We can't say enough nice things about both of them, and how they treated us means we will stick with Public Storage from now on for our storage needs.

Ryan is extremely courteous and goes up and beyond in customer service. Ryan and James are always there to respond to my needs. Public Storage is a quality facility in every respect and gets a no-brainer five-star rating.
