    The place is well organized and it was easy to access. The staff is the best because they are very professional, personable and accommodating. The storage space is good for the price so affordability is another plus. I highly recommend. Shoutout to Jay. He’s amazing.

    Being a customer for the last 4 years or so, I have met all kinds of people at this facility. However, Tiara and Jay are both very Professional, friendly and most helpful accommodating my needs ... Thanks Tiara and Jay... Just going to add on here... Tiara is awesome, professional and the best manager you've had at this location for a LONG time... I appreciate all her help, her sense of humor and understanding when moving AND storing things can be so stressful, she makes life a little easier, and that's a GOOD thing!!! Thanks Tiara!!

    TIARA !!! My first time renting (I’m 36 yrs old) and TIARA made it so easy and convenient for me. Even her coworkers rave about her. TIARA will get you right!!! Appreciate the Customer Service which is a lost art these days.

    Cannot say enough good things about Tiara. She was extremely helpful when it came to helping me rent a unit. Highly recommend!

    I'm sorry this is late Jay. Jay was very helpful. I was moving out and I observed Jay helping another customer very professionally. I had an issue with Ice in front of my unit and Jay (a manager) dropped what he was doing to clear it up. As I was closing my account, there was a charge on my account from another unit and Jay (with some help from Violet) cleared it up and I was on my way in a timely manner.
