(April 29, 2023, 9:26 am)I am so happy I found this company. I’ve been looking to move for quit some time now and had no luck. I came across a for rent sign in East Orange and I believe that was a sign from God. I called the young lady Kathy and she was able to help me right away. I couldn’t believe how fast she moved compared to other properties I have called and how attentive she was to making sure I was in a home I would love. She showed me a studio as I requested and I asked her about an 1 br. I fell in love with both but went with the 1br. The newly renovated marble counter tops and wood flooring sold me. She helped with every issue that I had with my application. Very beautiful soul, very polite and very Professional.

(April 28, 2023, 12:37 pm)I rented from ProudLiving in 2019. My leasing agent at the time took me to look at different properties. Getting approved was an ease and so was my move in. I was running hours late and the super waited for me. My apartment at 107 New St had brand new appliances, i had to take the plastic off and cut out the instructions from the inside. My location was great i was a 3 minute walk from the train and 30 mins from my job in NYC.Anyways I've been looking for a new place and was striking out until I came across an Apartment on facebook from ProudLiving. Since i had a great 1st experience i decided to go back & once again they have proved why they are a really great company. Found a bigger apartment that's being completely renovated that's only a 10 minute walk from my old apartment. My leasing agent Kathy has been nothing but a Great help.
SN: I only left because i wanted to go back home to Queens but ended up in trash Harlem aka New Jack City. So back to Jersey I go. -
