(July 12, 2022, 3:47 pm)I just recently moved to a one bedroom apartment here at Hutton and things have gone well thus far. My apartment had been renovated with new appliances before I became a new tenant. The property grounds are well kept and there is a diverse resident community. Franklin Middleton has been a great help all throughout the application process with phone call and email check-ins. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a community with a suburban feel.

(June 16, 2021, 9:14 am)I have been living in a renovated 1 bedroom unit for over a month now and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience so far. Melina from the leasing office was very friendly, helpful, and responded to all of our questions in a timely manner. We haven’t had many issues so far, but when we needed the outlets in the apartment updated, maintenance was able to make the change quickly. One gripe we have had so far is that there are no thermostats and we are unable to adjust the heat in the unit. The apartment can sometimes become uncomfortably warm, forcing us to open windows.

(July 30, 2019, 12:41 pm)We were able to easily decide on moving to Hutton-Lafayette following our first visit. We were able to see an actual apartment and had a very helpful experience with our leasing consultant, Margaret. She was able to clearly break down both the upfront and monthly pricing for our situation, which included our dog. The community has a quiet and neighborhood-like feel to it but still has easy access to shopping and the highway. My fiancee and I are enjoying living here so far!
