(August 12, 2023, 9:47 am)Although this office is always very busy the staff does their best to be attentive and welcoming. Doctors and vet technicians are caring and patient. They display deep expertise and answer all my questions. The office is always clean and well-maintained.

(April 17, 2023, 10:30 am)Dr. Werner did AMAZING with Apollo. (All the Drs do great with my 3 other dogs as well which is why i needed to get him in here) but getting Apollo in was very last minute as I wasn’t expecting to get a puppy, especially one that had been hit by a car and had broken fingers. Dr. Werner went above and beyond for us. She made sure she could get him in for all his checkups and always made herself available if we needed to give her a call. She was very personable, which I love so much! She answered all of my questions thoroughly that I never left wondering anything. I know Apollo and my other 3 pups will always be in the best possible care with the Prospect Vet team ❤️

It means a lot that they go out of their way to make sure my dogs are having the best experience in a potentially scary situation (shots, bloodwork etc). I couldn't ask for a better Veterinary Hospital!!!

Veterinary Hospital. We were greeted warmly AND waited for our appointment. I saw that the cats and dogs waiting areas were separated so as to keep distractions to a minimum.
Jinni’s visit with the vet was great!
General check up. She tolerated the 2 needed vaccinations well.
I was glad that the visit wasn’t rushed as I had questions about Jinni’s health.
The anti inflammatory supplement that was recommended was available.
The check out was done in a timely manner.

(January 20, 2023, 7:38 pm)Love it here. Very passionate about the animals and treats them so well. Both my cats and my dogs don't mind coming to the vet. The workers are honest and upfront about anything. They have helped me out so much with my pets. Definitely would recommend to others. I drive a half hour now just to keep my pets happy and healthy!
