  They took excellent care of my dog King. They took us rite in and made King feel at home even though he wasn't feeling good. He is much better today and cant give the Dr and staff enough stars. Love this place and this will be King's new Dr.
  Totally recommend.

  My Daughter's Small Yorkshire Terrior was lost and on the 7th day after he, Odie, had roamed from Art Space School off US 70 to Andrew Gentry and John Yeltons home near Beacon Veterinary, Odie was found on their front porch. They took Odie to Beacon where they responsibly scanned Odie's chip, called his owner Kristin, and now Odie is home. The nurse took ticks and burs off Odie without being asked.
  Thanks to all involved in getting little Odie back to his safe home. 💕

  My wife and I have 4 cats and have been going to Beacon Valley for about a year now. We moved here a few years ago and we finally found a great vet that is closer than our last vet 35 minutes away. We have been there at least a dozen times now for issues large and small. The staff and Dr. Laubstein are excellent and friendly. They always get us appointments very quickly. Sometimes the same day when it's urgent. We are lucky to have them a mile from our house. I highly recommend them. Thank you for your great care. We really appreciate it.

  I can’t say enough great things about this place, I left in tears over how well me and my dog, Benny, were treated. My dog is highly reactive so taking him to the vet is a huge challenge and feels impossible.
  
  The team/front desk staff: incredible. Every single person at the front desk (in person and over the phone) was friendly and polite. They were also very responsive through email. They all worked as a team to help accommodate Benny’s needs to keep him and the staff safe. I wish I could remember everyone’s names and I hope I’m close but off the top of my head, Darlene, Terry, and Lisa were some of the ones I worked with. I don’t remember the name of the person who took my payment but she was amazing too.
  
  Benny was in my car while they processed his paperwork/medications and since it was taking a few minutes they let me go outside and check on him. When it was ready, she personally came outside (in chilly weather) to let me know to take my time but that she’s ready for me. They did the same when I checked in. Basically let me check in over the phone bc they understood the situation, and came outside to get us when they were ready to avoid being in the waiting room with other dogs and triggers.
  
  The Doctor: Even with sedatives, my dog is still reactive to strangers touching him but Dr. Brian Laubstein was patient. He could’ve easily turned us away after seeing that the sedative wasn’t enough (and at the beginning I thought he was going to) but he didn’t. He chose to help and not only succeeded in examining Benny, but was more thorough than his last vet. Dr Laubstein did not make me feel rushed and he answered all my questions even if there were a lot or may have been redundant. The follow up was impressive too, he called me first thing the next morning with blood work results. I don’t think I’ve ever even had that happen with my own doctor! It’s always the staff doing follow ups and most of the time everyone is rushed! He was honest and thorough with his explanations.
  
  Now, to play devil’s advocate it looks like I was there during one of their slower times so maybe that’s why I felt I got first class treatment. I’ve seen some negative reviews and I can’t attest to those. But even though it wasn’t busy, their card system was down temporarily and they had an IT person helping them. I believe there were 3 ppl in line including myself, when this happened. Even with people waiting and not being able to take payments for a very short while, I could tell the two ladies at the front desk were still calm and efficient, and managed to remain friendly during that time. It ended up being resolved by the time it was my turn to pay regardless.
  
  Office and exam rooms seemed clean and well maintained. Good amount of areas outside to let your dog sniff while you wait. I believe they even had a good sized fenced-in section.
  
  I truly can’t thank everyone enough. With reactive dogs you never know how unwilling, judgmental, or impatient people will be without knowing the full story. This place made me and Benny feel welcome, appreciated, and like we were taken seriously. They were all accommodating, thorough, professional, friendly, and un-rushed. Amazing place.
