  Went kayaking. We had a blast. No crocs or snappers that we experienced! Lol
  Portapotties on site, but I didn't use them, so I can't speak for their condition.

  Prompton State Park has nice areas for several different activities. There is a parking area near the disc golf course. From here you can also hike to the dam or have a picnic at the large pavilion which features a beautiful view of the lake.
  In a mid-section of the park, there's a nice boat launch. And in the northern section there's a field for flying miniature planes.
  The park has twelve trails the longest of which, the East Shore Trail, is 4.5 miles.
  Hunting is allowed in season in most of the park

  If you go during the weekdays, you'll see such beauty in a peaceful environment. Whoever takes care of this park, thank you for keeping it clean and beautiful. The only thing I'm sad about is for some reason they took out a bird house which I enjoyed watching different kinds of birds flying in and out. Great place for hiking and picnicking. They also have disc golf and a RC plane field.
