(August 26, 2023, 8:14 pm)It’s one of the best places to visit in PA! Great fun! Very clean! We look everywhere for a camping spot! These campgrounds have SO much room! The Tents are not on top of each! Bathrooms are close. The only thing is… the shower are in the park, near the lake. And you have to walk kinda for to the park to get to them from the camping grounds. Soooo much fun!
!! Lake Store is undergoing some changes you won’t find a lot of what your looking for there!! -

(August 13, 2023, 10:17 am)Promised Land State Park is a very peaceful park in the Pocono area. It has beautiful sights, especially in the Autumn season with the changing of the leaves colors! There is a camping section and restrooms available. They also have a pavilion, playground, beach area, and a few courts. Promised Land State Park is a beautiful area for walking/hiking, swimming, boating, and kayaking. I would recommend checking out Promised Land Stat Park if you are in the Pikes County/Pocono Mountains area.

(June 20, 2023, 4:23 pm)Promise Land State Park has been a Columbus Day tradition for my family and I for as long as I can remember. It is one of my favorite places to relax for the weekend. Promise Land State Park offers cozy cabins, beautiful trails and a lake for kayaking and pedal boating. My favorite thing to do at Promise Land State Park, besides have a campfire with smores is stargazing at night at the beach by the lake. One of my favorite restaurants there is the Promise Land Inn, the food is 10/10 and the staff is very friendly! I highly recommend this state park for a romantic getaway or a family vacation!

There are two lakes within the park. Promised Land State Park is 422-acres with nine miles of shoreline. Lower Lake measures 173-acres with four miles of shoreline.
