I have trained with Marc for about 4 years now and not only have I lost weight but I’ve become significantly stronger. He also helped correct my posture and, with core training, even helped to correct a lower back problem I had for several months. He is a great person and fitness trainer! He has also been flexible with work schedule! I’ve recommended him to my friends and they are happy with their own health improvements. I highly recommend him as your personal trainer!
I had a great time training with Marc, he is very knowledgeable and tailored the workouts to my goals and ability. He was always very friendly and flexible with scheduling. Every workout was challenging and I was able to lose 5 lbs in a month. Overall, I had a great experience and I highly recommend him!
Marc has been my personal trainer for over year and the results to date (lose of 45 lbs. and counting) are largely due to the individualized strength training and exercise program he set/created for me.
His persistence has kept me focused and committed to a weekly gym schedule, along with more confidence and that I could do more. He knows just how and when to encourage and when to push, though never too much. Highest recommendation!!!
