  We were pleased to have worked with such great team of people at ProActive! We first started our claim with the issued adjuster through our insurance company to assess our leaky roof. We soon realized that person was not helping us resolve our issue completely, and when they filed their report they left out many areas that needed attention. We discovered a great deal of damage when our contractor started pulling up our roof that needed immediate attention, and while we continued to submit photos and update our insurance carrier, we were unable to get them to return our calls or budge on our return. So we then called ProActive to intervene. They were extremely professional, detailed and timely. They were even able to contact our insurance carrier much easier than we could. They took the stress and worry out of our insurance claim and were able to actually double our return for us, which resulted in the entire job being covered by insurance, less our deductible. We can not thank them enough, and will definitely be doing business with them in the future. Thanks again guys!

  Matthew did a great job for us! Insurance would not agree to pay for damages caused by a bad storm, but Matthew got them to pay out for the repairs! Saved us A LOT of time and aggravation of fighting a loosing battle with the insurance company. Matthew is very efficient, well mannered, diligent and communicates very well with you. Thank you for all of your hard work!

  I am very pleased with the outcome of the insurance claim. I must admit I was anxious and hesitant to rely on a public adjuster, but Matt walked us through the process and it all worked out in the end.

  ProActive walked us through the process and dealt with the insurance company and my bank. I would have been lost on my own and frustrated from the run-around I was getting. Matt from ProActive stepped in and was able to get answers and the funds released. I will be referring ProActive to any friends, family, and business owners that have property damage.

  They provide great service! My insurance claim was a very difficult one and other adjusters said I won't have a chance with getting my claim covered and refused to work my claim. Matt came in and took his time to understand the full issue, provided the appropriate direction with how to move forward, and worked directly with all the key parties involved. At the end of it, my claim was covered in full! Thank you Proactive Public Adjusters!
