  Had been looking for an e-bike for a few months, after riding several different rentals on vacations. It’s confusing because there are so many options online, in shops, etc. Team at Princeton eBikes was informative, understood my needs to narrow my choices, and let me test ride a few in the large parking lot. All very helpful. I also loved that a portion of the sales price was separated and became a charitable contribution.

  We were thrilled to get a great bike, meet some great people, and support the Boys & Girls club in one go!
  
  Theresa was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful as we endlessly deliberated between cargo bikes (Yuba and Aventon Abound) for hauling our two little kids around town. There’s an empty parking lot to test drive the bikes, and after this experience I have to say I’d absolutely recommend getting your bike in person. Don’t order online without trying! I had my mind set on one bike only to fall in love with another once we tried it. They have expert mechanics to service the bikes they sell (and, btw, they have a beautiful selection of Gazelles, difficult to find, what a delight 👀).
  
  I can’t speak highly enough of Princeton eBikes and their mission. Run by friendly volunteers! Proceeds to Boys and Girls club! You’ll get a fabulous bike! What are you waiting for? 🚲🚲🚲

  I researched E Bikes online for as much information considering first time buying.
  I received far more research and got educated visiting Princeton eBikes.
  Test driving the bikes was great knowing what fitted my wife and I best.
  We both purchased bikes and enjoying the trails and scenery when riding.
  I want to thank Princeton eBikes for their time and no sales pressure.
  The contribution to the Boys and Girls club is a plus to purchase from them.
  I couldn’t thank them more!

  July 16, 2022, at 72 years old, I purchased my first eBike@Princeton eBike. After two hours of test riding several brands, I decided on the Aventon. Princeton eBikes’ Teresa Wrobel was AMAZING!!! She was patient, very knowledgeable and passionate of helping me with the best fit!!! My two personal bike consultants, Cory Hughes and Tennille McCoy were both impressed with eBikes’ professionalism and their social commitment with the Boys and Girls Clubs. A generous portion of my purchase was a tax deduction and went directly to the Boys and Girls Clubs which is one of the most effective organizations nationally changing lives of youth all over the country.

  I recently purchased my first ebike, and I chose to go to Princeton E-bikes. First I would like to thank Theresa for her help answering all my questions. She answered all emails and calls promptly and didn’t try to sell me on anything. She simply answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had, which was appreciated and made the whole process so easy. Second, I chose Princeton E-bikes because they have an awesome partnership with the Boys and Girls club in Mercer County. They donate any proceeds of the bike sales directly to the club. In my opinion, it’s a win/win for the customers and the community. I drove all the way from Cherry Hill which might seem a little out of the way for some considering I could have bought the bike from a shop a lot closer. Theresa made the experience so easy that I didn’t mind driving all that way to give their shop my business. I highly recommend Princeton E-bikes if you are looking to buy an e-bike. You will be helping a great cause and you will get excellent customer service and the right bike that fits your needs. I will be making a second purchase in the near future.
