  The room was very comfortable with the attached bathroom immaculate with many nice small touches. The breakfast was all we wanted with plenty of choices. The always available coffee was welcome. The host is gracious and friendly.

  This was our second visit to Primrose Hill BnB, and we are looking forward to another. Dave and Karen are the kindest hosts, and their playful dog Simon was so fun to see every morning! The bedrooms and bathrooms are not only neat, but exceptionally clean. And the breakfasts! Dave makes sure we start our days with a hearty meal! The coffee was so delicious, that we ordered the same coffee and coffee maker for our own home! Highly recommended for a peaceful and restful place to stay.

  Dave and Karen were wonderful hosts; very accommodating and so very helpful during my stay. They have a very lovely house with a comfy clean bedroom and private bathroom, personal heater and a/c in the room. The B&B is surrounded by woods and is on a country road. A perfect place for a getaway.

  The Primrose Hill Bed and Breakfast is a marvelous place. The house is large, lovely, on a quiet street and easily gotten to. Dave and Karen are terrific hosts who do everything they can to make your stay more than pleasant. The two rooms are spacious, kept spotless, have a TV and a sizable bathroom. Dave is always available to help you with all your needs, and, if you need, suggestions for dining, sights, etc. The garden surrounding the home is beautiful and the swimming pool is a terrific addition on a warm summer day--something I made use of daily. A tasty breakfast--choices of pancakes, fruits, omelettes, eggs, coffee/tea, etc.--is presented in the morning whenever you desire. Dave always seems to be available and is a true conversationalist--something he and his guests enjoy. The B&B is just a 10-15 minutes drive to Rhinebeck and located so as to easily reach Hyde Park. Both Dave and Karen are generous people and you will feel as if you are in your own home. Important to many as well--room rates are very reasonable. You can not find a lovelier place to stay when you travel to Rhinebeck or its vicinity, nor can you find more accommodating hosts. I highly recommend it.

  We stayed for 14 nights and loved every minute of it. It felt like a very gracious home that welcomed us each night. It was everything a B&B should be; clean, comfortable, and the hosts did everything they could to make us feel welcomed and relaxed. Nothing was a problem with helpful suggestions on how to get the best of our holiday. Breakfast was great with plenty of variety and great service. We will definitely be back!!!
