Andre is the ultimate trainer and will hold you to YOUR goals and YOUR expectations for YOURSELF adding on that extra exercise, set or rep you didn't realize you had inside. If you walk in and he says to you "I'm feeling strong today", it's time to bring it. If you listen and work hard, you will see results based on a training regimen tailored specifically for you. I highly recommend Andre and Prime Fitness for your personal training needs.
