  A few months back I stopped by because they had a beautiful green Mercedes E-Class. The same model of which I was looking for. I walked into the office and was greeted by Tony. We had a discussion and then we took a ride in the car. I noted one or two things I didn't like but were minor and he told me he would sort it out if I purchased it. I left and thought about the purchase for a few days. I then received a phone call from him touching base about any questions. I followed up in person a couple of days later and took the car for a ride once again. This time he pointed out a couple of the flaws that I had not noticed but was okay with. We then worked out a deal and shook hands. I have been driving the car for 3 months and I am loving it so far. I would highly recommend stopping by and talking to Tony and his team. I will be back if I am in the market once again.

  Great place to buy a car from the start to after the finish. Tony came in on a weekend to show my daughter a car. We needed something quick because she commutes to school. We found her a very nice CR-V at a great price and Tony and Bob made sure the car was 100%. It was ready to drive away on Tuesday, after less than 10 minutes of paperwork. We have had excellent after purchase interactions. So glad we found this place very friendly, very accommodating and they service what they sell!

  Had a visit last week to this location and nothing but positive things to say. First i went in just looking and trying to find something in my budget, unfortunately on my end i need alittle more time. That doesnt take away tho that i had excellent service. They had all the questions that needed to be answered, put the car on the lift for me to check because they had time and space that morning, and didnt push you like other dealers. Very respectful. The car looked great along with other i looked at and he was willing to work with the price based on my workings. The warranty is reasonable and they will fix needed things within that time frame or before you pull of the lot. Car also drove good, did need some changes, again depending on if you buy with warrenty or as is, they will help. I plan on buying my next car from here and will be back soon. I can see way they have been there 20 years.

  I waited two months before I made the review so I could have some time with the car and also the dealership in case anything went wrong. First, I am totally in love with my car. When I went to buy the car, I went to Precision and it was love at first sight when I saw this one. But the problem was that I know nothing about cars. I was very nervous buying an 18yo car with no knowledge of cars. The only thing I knew was that I wanted a yellow car. The first thing I said was to go easy on me because I know nothing about cars and that I did not want to buy a lemon (no pun intended, she is yellow after all lol) I took the car for a test drive and figured it was fine. Gave them the money and they kept it for a few days to register it and look it over to see if they needed to do anything before they gave it to me. They are the nicest people. Kind, helpful, and not pushy. There was no "used car salesman speech." Nothing like that at all. A couple of weeks ago, I emailed them because the driver's side window is a little moody. Goes up and down when it feels like it. Anthony called me and told me to bring it in and maybe he could fix it while I waited. He looked at it and said that I would have to leave it. No charge for the repair. I haven't brought it in yet due to covid because I'm really not going out that much right now, as the numbers keep going up. But I will when things settle down. This was a wonderful buying experience. I love my car. It is in beautiful condition inside and out. And the people at Precision are awesome. Including a picture of my Yvonne. She is a beauty and no one can believe how old she is. Thank you Precision!
