  I Have had good experience with Branhaven Jeep. The people there are all pleasant and capable. I have had scheduled maintenance done on a regular basis. It is done in a timely manner.
  On occasion when I have had repairs done the repair is explained in detail. Questions are answered. They went the extra mile to accomadate the car's issues. We have bought 4 vehicles at Branhaven.

  Bought a 2019 Jeep Compass a few weeks ago. Our dealer was Rocco and he was great. Not like a normal dealer. He was nice, honest and just great doing business with him. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a car to call him.
  
  The service department was really nice too. They took good care of us, and were really nice doing so. Overall nice experience and love the car!

  My wife and I have bought several cars from here we will not go anywhere else. They are honest and upfront no pressure sales provide you with the information to make a decision. Carlos is honest and upfront provides a fair deal upfront there is not any back and forth. Rocco is also very good he works hard to help you find the right vehicle that you are looking for. Steve in the finance office is also great no pressure to buy any BS warranties or protections he provides you with information based on what you tell him if nothing fits he doesn’t offer you any additional protections he allows you to make an informed decision on what fits your budget / gives you piece of mind no pressure sales. We have referred friends and family here who have also had great experiences. It speaks volumes when the same staff has been there for 10+ years. Our experience has always been pleasurable, quick and easy. For a trustworthy, reliable and a dealership that sticks by their word this is the place to buy a car, miles above all the rest!!

  I was looking for a specific Jeep Grand Cherokee with certain options and interior color and I located this one at Branhaven CDJR in CT. My salesman Rocco Candela was extremely helpful, friendly and went beyond to make everything work for me being I was over 75 miles from the dealership. Rocco put the deal together and did an appraisal of my trade all over the phone and internet and it was honored upon visiting the dealership for delivery of my new Jeep. I did request side steps and Rocco had them ordered, delivered and installed just prior to my purchase. The business manager Jonathan Minichino went over all of the paperwork and answered any questions that I had and made this process extremely enjoyable with no pressure or stress. My new Jeep was much nicer than the pictures and everything form the start was one of the best experiences I had purchasing a vehicle. I was very happy with the entire staff at Branhaven CDJR and the cleanliness of the place. Thank you again and I will see you for the next one.
