  Always a good experience with Felipe and his team. Have been taking my cars here for years and has always been fair and done good by me. Will keep bringing my cars to him over the dealer any day. Thank you Precision!

  I could not express my utmost gratitude for Felipe and the team at Precision Auto Center. I brought Felipe my nightmare of an S550 after a recommendation from another shop. This was the third mechanic who diagnosed my vehicle which wouldn't move once a gear was selected. After previous shops could not identify the issue at hand, Felipe was able to figure out the root of the problem and took the extra step to add any preventative measure that would prohibit this failure from ever occurring again, as I have already had this part repaired at another shop. In the process, he saved me $100's to probably a couple $1000. Additionally, Felipe took the time to describe the issue and how it occurred. It is as if the man has a schematic of my vehicle embedded into his brain. If you are in search of an honest, reliable and thorough mechanic, go visit Precision Auto Center, whether it is routine maintenance or a more extensive repair. They are experts in dealing with Mercedes-Benz vehicles in particular, although they would be willing to work on any vehicle.

  I have known Felipe since he worked for Beifus Mercedes in South Orange, NJ around 1988. At that time my mother had a problem with her Mercedes 300E. Mercedes USA chose Felipe to diagnose the problem because it was a complicated situation, which he did correctly. I have used him and followed him since. I find him to be very honest, credible and very competent. I would highly recommend him as a mechanic.

  I have been using them for many years. Each time i go its very simple and easy, no hidden fees or gimmicks. Felipe is a Humble and honest person. (top notch mechanic) . I own 2 Mercedes and only Felipe works on them. If you own a Benz Felipe is your mechanic. Now lets talk a bit about Lauren his wife, She is not rude at all!! she is a cool person to talk to and to joke around with while your car is being worked on. i spoke to her recently and told her i could not drop off he car since i had no way of getting home...well Lauren says no worries ill drop you off. Give these guys a try i promise you will be Happy!! See you guys soon but no to soon!!

  Fantastic and quick service! My bumper and trunk door was damaged and they were able to fix the dent and match the paint beautifully. It looks brand new! Felipe is the best, I will definitely come back for any of my auto repair needs.
