At first, I was skeptical because their price for alignment seemed quite high. However, I had already been burned multiple times with other shops doing either terrible work or nothing at all when I paid for an alignment, so I figured this would be worth it if they did a perfect job. Well, I am pleased to say that the Off Camber technicians did a perfect job. The car FINALLY has a straight steering wheel, is planted in corners in a way it definitely was not before, and is not twitchy on the highway anymore. After they were done, Mo came out to explain why my alignment before was terrible and what they did to correct it. I couldn’t be more pleased. If you want actual quality work on your car, I would highly recommend this shop.
I have known Mo for many years through BMW CCA. We normally do not use Off Camber as our shop since we live 2 hours away, but Mo helped me out when my E92 M3 broke down at a track event. It was late in the day on a Sunday, most folks had already gone home, but Mo arranged to have my car trailered to his shop to save me the trouble of trying to find someone to tow it to my usual shop closer to home.
Mo and his team were meticulous in diagnosing the issue, and took every route to help me avoid a larger than necessary cost. As it turned out, my car needed a very pricey transmission module, but was able to locate an excellent used transmission for a fraction of the cost of a new module. The car shifts and accelerates better than it has in quite some time. While it was there, Mo also tweaked the installation of my aftermarket under tray, so that it was more secure. I'm very pleased with the repair.
As part of a track enthusiast/racing family, I have had a lot of experience with repairs to high performance and race cars. Off Camber is amongst the best shops out there. Great shop. Great people. Highly recommend.
OffCamber is the only shop that I’ve had work on my M3 and that’s for good reason. You know that your car is in great hands with Mo and his team. Their knowledge and enthusiasm for all makes and models is second to none (especially BMW’s). I recently had my car in for a new clutch and Mo was able to save me some money by cleaning up my flywheel a bit and re-using it, while also fixing a Passenger window issue that I was having at no additional cost. Whether you need some general maintenance done, or a full engine rebuild, OffCamber is where you want to go. You can be sure that you will get top quality work for a more than fair price. Can’t recommend them enough.
Very happy to have found OffCamber. They did some winter prep for me raising the ride height, mounting and balancing snow tires and doing an alignment. They have great attention to detail, and make sure everything is dialed in perfectly. Having a team that knows, understands and is passionate about cars and performance is a must for me. Mo and his team are these people, and a pleasure to talk to and work with. As someone that usually likes to do the work myself, I am always weary about handing my keys over. They made it easy, and I’m looking forward to bringing other cars in. From full on race builds to basic maintenance, I know OffCamber will be my go to.
