  Top notch instruction and leadership from teachers and coaches who really care, and management that is second to none. I have known and worked with Professor Jeff Cressman and Coach Matt Benedetti in various contexts over the years and I can tell you firsthand that they are quality gentleman and very gifted instructors and Martial Artists. For either adults or children, you will not regret training with them.

  I have been training here for 9+ months. I can't say enough good things about Jeff and Matt plus all the people that train here. They made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. I would recommend this school and team to any one who is looking to train in wrestling, BJJ, or Muay Thai whether they want to compete, lose weight or learn to defend themselves. I look forward to many years of getting mangled on the daily at Power Half.

  I've had the pleasure of meeting a great team here. Not only are the coaches great for all ages, but the men and women in these classes are great as well. It all starts with the foundation they lay out for us. If you're looking for a place to stay for either you or your child, look no further. My son and I both train here. I look forward to sweating with them for years to come. Thank you for all you do.

  Jeff and Matt are great guys. Honest and caring about their students. I've known Jeff going on 15 years and Matt for like 10. Matt's been an accomplished wrestling coach for a looong time and Jeff's been very successful in both his own competition career and training new mma fighters, thai fighters, and jujitsu competitors as well. You'll receive very detailed and patient instruction at this gym, as well as heaps of love from coach's and team mates alike. Wer all close friends, hang out on the weekends, and support each other on and off the mat. Even If you just want some self defense this is the place. I'm one of many hobbiest members and there's no lovelost between the competitors and average folks. So whatever your goal is, your welcome here. I wouldn't train anywhere else. And I've tried alot of different places before here.

  We had our daughters 6th birthday party here. Miss Kaitlyn & Owner Stephanie went above and beyond to make her day super fun. They were hands on, planned fun activities, and so great with the kids. I’m so glad we chose them to host our child’s party. *Highly* recommend them!
