  Amazing gym with extremely friendly staff. Lots of workout equipment. Love Zumba classes

  At 1900 every evening, you have to come back to the desk to re badge in. Must get 24hr access to be able to workout after 1900 or on holidays. Otherwise, Gym is clean, busy and enjoyable

  Good gym, I went to this gym for the past 9 years they could use some upgrades to make the place look more modern, but if your plan it's to get it in and get a good workout it has everything you need. The staff is super friendly and helpful.
  Please put your weights back after use.

  Decent DoD field house type of gym. Large open area for classes. Good assortment of machine and free weights. Bonus for functional equipment like sleds and deadlift bars. Minuses not a very good selection of kettle bells and medicine balls, go from very light to heavy and not much in between. Men’s locker room roomy and plenty of lockers. Free WiFi in building. Clean and well maintained. Only big complaint is young kids seem to use as an after school hangout and get in the way. Overall well worth a visit!
