  I went and felt so much better after I felt less anxious more able feel the energy in body and be able to have a moment of stillness and feel still from my day to day, learned great calming breathing techniques, I really loved Laura and all the instructors were so welcoming and knowledgeable as well and the people talking the class were very friendly someone even passed on their old yoga to me, the stretches and yoga helped me a lot with my back pain from the car accident, it was very calming and healing honestly helped me out a lot in my life outside of the studio, my own energy feels more positive and calm

  Enjoyed the beach yoga with very knowledgeable and patient instructors. The fresh morning air made more enjoyable

  Fantastic instructors and classes. Beach yoga and meditation cruises!!! At PLYC, it is more than just yoga, it is a community of friends and family that touch your soul. Hope to see you there too!

  What a beautiful place to practice yoga. I have enjoyed all the instructors as they guide me. I am so impressed with their individual skills & language. I looked forward to my next practice in the warm environment owner, Laura Shockley, has created!

  I have found a new home for my yoga practice just five minutes away. The instructors are amazing and the atmosphere is Devine. Laura also sells a beautiful line of clothing that is quite different. Anyone who practices yoga will love this new found secret place. Thank you Laura
