  Great experience at Pocono Urgent Care today! Went in for ongoing cough due to seasonal allergies and Dr. Elizabeth was amazing! She took time to explain process and the plan of treatment and that was greatly appreciated. Lizette was also very efficient and got me in and out quickly.

  I was seen by Elizabeth and i must say i have never felt more comfortable and respected at any health care office or location. she listened to all of my concerns and gave me the best method for treatment. This was the most pleasant experience i've ever had with any nurse or doctor, honestly.

  I didn't have a positive first experience here, and was very reluctant to come back. I have gone to so many places, and I feel as though doctors tend to just say to you, "oh your sick, it has to work itself out." No doctor would help me. I felt at a loss. Clearly, I am not the type of person who can fight off a cold or virus on my own, or I wouldn't be here. I was sick for a month, and suffered. Finally, started to get better, until 4 to 5 days later, all my symptoms started reappearing. Upon my sister's insistence to go to the urgent care, I went. I already had it in my mind what would happen. However, I was pleasantly surprised. I had Doctor Elisabeth Bossov, who had seen me. She listened to what I had to say and didn't placate me. She listened to what I had to say, and from there designed a plan to help me get better. I get that when you have a virus, you can't get antibiotics, but you can help give patients medicine that will help them fight off what they have wrong, so they don't suffer for days on end. If you go to this urgent care, I highly recommend going to this doctor. She was utterly amazing, gave me medicine to help me, and most of all she just listened. If patients are telling you they are having a hard time fighting off whatever is ailing them, listen to them. We aren't looking for oxy or percocets, we are looking to get better. I would definitely back here again, as long as I know this doctor is still there
