  Mental health unfortunately has a stigma against it. I , myself , with the help of Dr Asif have noticed a great change in my life . I will admit I was hesitant at first because you feel as though things will not get better but they do. You have to find a trusted doctor like Dr. Asif who will actually take the time out to listen to your concerns and be willing to work with you and make sure you’re as comfortable as possible. Never be afraid to seek help.

  Dr. Asif is wonderful. He listens and explains better than any doctors I have gone to before for anxiety. Virtual visits are also so helpful having a baby. Would absolutely recommend.

  Dr. Asif has been very good to work with. He’s very understanding, listens to my concerns and, helps me focus on making positive changes. He took great care explaining everything to me so I understood what was going on and working with me to develop a treatment plan. I am also very grateful to the virtual environment/online setting that the practice offers. I’m able to attend my sessions from the comfort of my own home which is a huge plus in my book. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a specialist.

  Dr. Asif helped turn my life around. He took his time with me to make sure he understood my symptoms and the struggles I had. He knew the right medication to prescribe. I am back being able to sing and enjoy life again. God placed him in my life to help me.

  After years of looking for the right Psychiatrist, I found Dr.Asif. He is wonderful! I have never met a Psychiatrist like him and I work in mental health. He’s so helpful, knowledgeable and very accessible; which is important when you’re starting meds. He helped me find something that works for me, after years of struggling with severe depression. I even called him before starting because I was scared and he helped me. I can’t thank him enough for helping me get my life and me back!
