(December 9, 2022, 3:23 pm)We have gone here a handful of times, over the last few years, and we have always had a great experience!! The staff is great and always makes my young daughters feel comfortable. They talk to them appropriately and involve them in the visit. I feel they’re experienced and friendly too. During our recent visit in Dec. 2022, I found it very considerate that they took us in early to make sure my daughter could indeed be treated and didn’t need the ER instead. This way, we didn’t wait the unnecessary 2 hours. Yes, we waited longer than that to be examined, but I didn’t care - as long as my 3 year old daughter who hit her nose on the fireplace stone was examined, I didn’t care how long I waited! Thank you PM Pediatrics of Hopewell Junction for caring for my baby! I’m so grateful.
