(March 21, 2023, 11:24 pm)Brought my 8 month here tonight since it is the closest pediatric urgent care near us. I was pleasantly surprised we didn’t wait long and the staff was friendly. Doctor explained everything and was quick to administer medication to help with symptoms- which it did! Overall good experience!

(February 12, 2023, 9:29 am)In the past 3 months I've taken all of my 3 kids for different reasons. Youngest was on December 31st. (First time ever going) he smacked his face into a wall and we thought it was broken. The wait time was average for a urgent care even with an appointment. Dr was amazing and explained everything. The second time was the following week with my autistic 17 year old. Again amazing Drs, they listened to my son and answered all his questions. Finally I took my medically complicated, physically disabled son to try and avoid an ER trip from a nasty fall. The Dr again took the time to examine and explain everything she saw and was worried about we ended up being referred to the ER but she explained why she wasn't able to help him in office. The reason for the 4 star's is billing. I got an email late Thursday night with an amount owed bo explanation just a date my card would be charged that Sunday. I called the next day and waited all day to get someone on the phone. They assured me it would be submitted to my insurance they didn't have on file at the time of service ( they scanned it in day of service) come Sunday I'm charged for the outstanding balance.

(December 20, 2022, 8:04 pm)We had to come in this afternoon for a chin laceration on my son. The office was clean and the staff were all so kind and helpful. My son was nervous on the way there but was quickly calmed by the cool decorations and the friendly staff. Thankful for a quick trip and excellent care.
