  Reached out to schedule a visit to help clear a kitchen sink clog. He could have come out and done his thing but instead, gave me instructions on how to clear it myself and saved me a ton of money. Even followed up with me the next morning to see how I made out.

  After my previous plumber stopped showing up on time several years ago, I've used Greg on 3-4 different projects. He walks me through what the underlying issue is and will often make suggestions on the best way to approach a problem. One time I called for having a slow pipe. After asking a series of questions he told me what product to buy and went through every step of how to do it myself, saving an extra bill. He'll keep getting my calls due to this customer-first service.

  We have used Plumbing Solutions since 2015. Our first job with Greg was for a new sump pump pit and a battery backup sump pump. Best peace of mined for power outages during storms. Battery back pump saved our basement from flooding. Since then he has replaced the garbage disposal, faucets in kitchen, laundry room and basement. Most recently our sump pump needed to be replaced. He is always available when we need him in an emergency. I would recommend him for your plumbing/sewer problems. He is honest and fair and always accomodating.

  Over the past 15 years Greg has helped us with every fix imaginable from basic repairs and identifying the source of leaks to installing new bathrooms. We had an emergency with a leaking pipe in our basement on a Saturday night and Greg came from another appointment as soon as he could to assist. You can trust Greg for honest pricing and excellent service.
