(August 19, 2023, 9:50 pm)Had an excellent experience with AL. AC unit died on wed during middle of summer. I just assumed it would be a long time to get it fixed and was prepared for the worst. Needed a whole new system (AC and heat) due to my aged system. He came out on wed afternoon to look at the situation.....and had a whole new system installed and up and running by fri morning. Clean. Professional. Prompt. Fair price. And communicated exceptionally well through the entire process. Couldn't be happier with service and new unit. Very trustworthy and honest....which made things much easier as well.
AL also came to do an electrical fix on that same old unit 5 years ago. Could have easily told me to replace it back then and tried to make more money off it.....but instead was honest and told me to keep running it. Ran for a whole 5 more years. Just shows that he will fix it and save you money, if he can. Super honest! And that's worth alot in this world. -

Our AC broke in the middle of the summer and he got exactly what we needed and installed everything in a day. I always love supporting a local business rather than a big commercial company too. Lucky to have him in our area!

It is clear Al really cares about his customers and wants the job to be done right. He was very responsive and reassured us throughout the process on what any next steps should be.
