  I smashed up the front end of my Ford Escape pretty well and reached out to several shops. Pirro's Auto got back to me within minutes and was very responsive and communicated very well during the whole repair process. They worked well with my insurance and even did extra time on my car to get it back to me as fast as they could, they knew I was walking to work and didn't want me walking in the CT winter. 10/10 recommend! If I need anything again in the future. I will 100% be coming back to Pirro's Auto.

  Pirro's Auto completed body work on my car after an accident. They were extremely knowledgeable, kept me updated on progress, and handled communication with the insurance company so I did not have to. Very happy with the repairs on my car - it looks brand new. Highly recommend!

  Highly recommend Pirros Auto. Brought my car here after an accident and Brian went above and beyond working with the insurance adjuster to ensure the proper repairs were made and the paint matched perfectly. My car looked good as new. Brian is a great guy to work with and really cares for his customers

  My family and myself have been bringing our damaged cars for to Pirro's Auto for years. We travel all the way from NYC because of the excellent work, wonderful customer service and very reasonable pricing.. And Brian always returns our cars not only beautifully repaired but also detailed so it looks like brand new inside and out.. Highly recommend them.
