  The front desk associates are very friendly and responsive via their texting option. The staff made me feel confident that my dog was in good hands during her knee surgery. They were also able to call a prescription into my local pharmacy when we ran out so I didn’t have to drive an hour there to pick it up.

  I absolutely love Pinnacle and wouldn't trust anyone else for an emergency. I would give an infinite number of stars if possible! My dog would not be alive if it wasn't for Pinnacle. I can't gather the words that can even begin to explain how thankful, appreciative, and overjoyed I am to have Pinnacle care for my boy during the most terrifying and emotional experience of our lives. Pinnacle saved my Beagle's life in May 2023. On April 28th, he had a sarcoma removed from his elbow ( at this now former vet), and after 8 days and 4 visits back to the vet, I noticed his paw was 3x swollen and leaking fluid. In a complete panic, I found Pinnacle. I brought him to Pinnacle on May 6th, and immediately, the receptionist Azja was helpful on the phone, and as soon as we arrived, we got us an absorbent pad and helped us. Within 5 minutes, Angela, the nurse, came out to see what was going on and immediately took him to the back because she noticed his chest was swelling from the bandage. Dr. Canda was the emergency doctor to assess him, and she was absolutely professional, patient, kind, transparent, and compassionate during the most difficult decision to amputate my boy's leg. The options were discussed, and she came up with a plan to get his severe infection and swelling under control and, most importantly, to get him comfortable. My pup was admitted the evening of the 6th and was lethargic and wouldn't respond to his name. The receptionist helped me apply for CareCredit upon leaving and was so sweet. I LOVED being able to communicate with the Team 24/7, and I was able to visit him the next day. The difference of being on IV medicine and under the care of the best professionals was truly amazing to see less than 12 hours later. He was assessed May 8th by Dr. Rengert, Orthopedic Surgeon and determined this option was the best for my boy. He explained everything and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Rengert is so kind, I truly felt like I was talking to a friend. I felt so warm, welcomed, and so comfortable in the care of Pinnacle every step of this journey. The entire team at Pinnacle was incredible during this. My boy stayed at Pinnacle for 4 days until May 10th, and when he was discharged, Jared and Dr. Rengert was so helpful and patient to answer questions and explain the at home plan. I sent in pictures every day of my pup's incision. It was comforting to have that option. Nicole and the other nurses and doctors are so sweet and awesome. I was so happy to meet Nicole during my pup's staple removal appointment, and recently, when we stopped in to make sure his incision was healed well. The Pinnacle Team is truly the best, and having the open communication to text updates and ask questions is so reassuring. This team runs on the love for animals. Thank you!

  We just lost our 13 year old Italian greyhound Mina, who was treated by multiple specialists at Pinnacle and had to be hospitalized there a few times, including most of the last week. Truly every doctor and member of staff at Pinnacle have been so caring and attentive. We’ve been to other specialty clinics in the area with our last dog and Pinnacle is without compare. Particularly when we had to say goodbye there, they treated us and our girl with utmost care and respect. I would highly recommend. Thank you Pinnacle for taking such good care of our girl.

  100/10! We've had a hectic 24 hours in their emergency room but they've been nothing short of fantastic. I used them previously in December for my other cat, Dimples, with a bladder blockage and was happy, they told me what needed to be done and they did it. He's doing well!
  
  My girl, Koda, is currently there for an unknown cause of a high fever and random onset of odd character changes at home. They're doing everything to get to the bottom of things with imaging, observations, labs, and multiple exams. They have gone above and beyond communicating with me yesterday and today.
  Despite them being very busy, they've been nothing but helpful. Not once have I felt rushed, dismissed, or not a part of the plan. My questions and suggestions have been taken and it's nice to have medical staff who will have a conversation.
  
  I had great things to say about them previously and they're currently outdoing themselves. As someone who is very picky about medical care, it says something!

  I had to take my Cat Cluny to Pinnacle late last night and could not have asked for a better experience especially considering the nature of my visit. Cluny is an older cat 16 almost 17 years old and has a myriad of issues that have come with his age. Everyone from the woman at the front desk the vet tech and finally Dr Kelly were amazing! All very thorough and empathetic in a difficult time. Ultimately Cluny will be crossing over the Rainbow Bridge at our normal Vet practice later this morning. I am forever grateful Pinnacle was able to make Clunys final hours comfortable and as painless as possible!! I can’t thank Pinnacle enough and will not hesitate to use their services again.
