  Various hours to help meet anyones schedule. The vet is down to earth and I’ve always left feeling confident with his treatment, meds and diagnosis of our dogs issues. We’ve never had to wait long in the waiting room either.

  I have been bringing my dog here since he was 5 months old, he is now 3 years old. Even after moving about 45 minutes away, we keep this clinic as his vet because of how caring they are. Dunkin is pretty scared of places that aren’t home, but he gets excited to go to the vet and see Dr. Holmsten and the techs. Dr. Holmsten and the techs are very detailed when doing exams and explaining everything to us. Highly highly recommend

  They were very helpful in a difficult situation with my cat. Rip Winston!!
  
  My regular vet was out sick and they squeezed me in originally for an appointment I unfortunately did not end up needing. They were very kind and compassionate and they are handling the cremation of my beloved pet.
  
  I never felt rushed, pressured, or misunderstood on the phone or in person. They have several late night hours which is helpful for working people.
  
  The office was not crowded even at 6 on a weeknight. Spoke with another couple who came in and they had very positive things to say overall about the care their dog had received there.
  
  Lots of parking although the nearby Amish market right before Christmas or Easter might make parking a challenge for a few days but that's the exception.
  
  I would recommend this vet. Down the road if (when) I get another 🐈 cat I would take him or her to this vet.
  
  PS-love your humans and love your pets. You never know when you will no longer have the chance.

  Moved to West Chester about a year ago and set my dog up with this clinic as it is conveniently located right up the street from me. They have great hours, very accommodating and all the staff members are very friendly and helpful! My dog and I are both big fans, would recommend!

  I'm so picky about how my golden retriever is groomed, and without fail, they do an incredible job here. Today, they spent extra time with her because she was scared of the dryer, and they wanted to make sure that it was a pleasant experience for her. :) I would recommend this clinic as a groomer for anyone. My parents use them as a vet as well, and have only had pleasant experiences.
