(November 26, 2022, 6:39 pm)Come here now!!!! Do not think twice!!! Jason and Anthony are seriously amazing! After 15 years it was time to say goodbye to our couch. We are determined folks, so we were ready to meet inflated prices and ready to shop store to store. I will sum up our entire experience with Pilgrim. Super genuine, super patient, no sales feel at all, ready to help and I am talking genuine help. Once we found the right couch with the specific dimensions with their help it was time to have fun shopping for prints and patterns and with so many options I was having a hard time, they really took the time to help me discuss think and get options that I would be okay with. Best part the prices are unbeatable!! Cannot wait to get out couch. Pictures below show the couch we picked in different color and pattern selection for pillows. I don’t blame them for any delayed shipping, COVID still taking a toll on shipping delays to be fair. I am definitely going back soon!!!
Update: Out couch had some issues when we got it. We had th warranty and Jason and Anthony came at us again !!! Took care of us all over again knowing our challenges. We left happy customers again !
