They actually care about customer satisfaction and really strive to give you the best deals and options. Plus 10years warranty on mattresses! Would totally recommend!

(April 18, 2023, 2:54 pm)Kyle from Milford went above and beyond any sales person I’ve had to work with in search for a mattress, he educated my niece and myself about mattresses and how we slept. Kyle had my niece lay on a few types and not just test it but to lay in different positions for more that a minute. Kyle was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Although we did not purchase there I would highly recommend Kyle and definitely call before you go as he is only available there to help when he has time off from his full time employment elsewhere .. excellent customer service…

(April 8, 2023, 11:59 am)Bilal at Mattress Plus was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He took the time to explain all aspects of the bed and platform that I ultimately purchased. The first store that I went into offered no such service. I highly recommend this family owned store.

The owner Bilal was amazing, helpful, and very knowledgeable. We compared prices to several stores and prices online and Mattress Plus was still better than everything we had seen. Top of the line quality products at an extremely affordable rate. I highly recommend them!
