I was refunded my original purchase and if it had already left the warehouse he would send me a prepaid return label to send back. Received the order we wanted it came in two days and arrived in great condition. Very happy with our purchase. They have definitely gained a new returning customer.

(October 31, 2021, 11:59 am)Piccolino is amazing. First off, the location is so pristine, picturesque, clean. It's mom and pop, which means they care about the customers on an individual basis. Very sweet, knowledgeable team. Also, it smells nice and they were playing cool music. I just had to take out my camera and grab pictures. I'm so happy we found Piccolino.
