  I was in the market to purchase a new car. I've been with Honda since 2006 specifically Piazza Honda. I visited the Springfield location and in all honesty the customer service was not there. I felt like an afterthought. I went to Piazza in Philadelphia and soon as I walked in the warmth was felt. Allen is a superb car salesman. He took time with me to test drive and go over numbers. Although I didn't purchase a Honda I really appreciate Allen and the other salesman for their kindness and patience.

  If I could give you guys a million stars I would! Tony Yeung saved us a lot of trouble with our former vehicle that my husband purchased from another “car lot”. We had no idea how unsafe that CR-V was, but thanks to Tony we are now in a beautiful 2020 Honda Pilot. And it’s safe to say Piazza Honda and Tony will have a repeat customer when it comes time for myself to get my own car. ❤️

  My husband and I have been loyal customers at Honda for 27 years. May 23 (my birthday) I leased a 2023 Accord! Brian Henderson was very efficient, knowledgeable and patient (I’m very picky). His goal of customer satisfaction went above and beyond what I expected. I appreciated his professionalism. Happy Customers Are Everything. That’s why we keep coming back. Thank you Brian.

  I had a wonderful experience with Piazza Honda and especially with Tony Yeung. I contacted Tony about a vehicle that I had been told by other salespeople was impossible to find (one dealer told me I had a better chance of finding God than finding the exact car that I wanted). Tony had it and gave me all the information that I needed to confirm it was the car for me. The especially difficult part of the transaction was that I was purchasing the car from over 800 miles away. So, I put a lot of faith in Tony, and he did not disappoint. He even picked me up at the airport and had everything ready for me to sign the paperwork and get on the road back to Georgia within an hour and a half of arriving in Philadelphia. It was seamless. And he was right, the car is perfect. He was honest, fair, and incredibly dedicated to making sure that I was happy with my decision. Thank you, Tony!

  SUPER excited that I was able to upgrade my lease this week to the new CRV Sport Touring!
  
  I am a new mom and was interested in turning my Accord in early, if possible. I spoke with Andy over the phone and explained I recently had a baby in the last few weeks so I wanted to chat as much over the phone as possible.
  
  Let’s just say Andy and team worked their magic to make the impossible possible and got the paperwork started so we only had to spend an hour in the dealership! We were able to come in to sign paperwork, switch over cars and be on our way!
  
  We are new to Philly, as my previous lease was from NJ! I am so happy with my move over to Piazza! Thank you again Andy :)
