(August 1, 2023, 6:24 pm)I had a spectacular experience today at Chapman Chevrolet. Upon walking into the dealership, I was greeted by Bob Briglia who took great care of me and my needs. He listened carefully to what I was looking for and surpassed my needs in my car shopping experience. Working with Bob made everything seamless from browsing their database together, ensuring my selection was the best fit for my needs, safe, reliable, within my price point and going above and beyond with the partnership of Dan to address my junk car. While navigating this new process, Bob made it easy and made sure I was comfortable while explaining everything in detail and that I was gaining the most value in my decision.
Mary Jane, the finance manager, also worked very closely with me in reviewing any and all options to get the most bang for my buck and best fit for my budget carefully walking me through warranty options, coverage and payment as well as future plan options.
I couldn’t recommend Bob, Mary Jane and Dan, as well as their service, at Chapman Chevrolet any higher. Thank you for such a pleasant experience. -

Dan was able to assist my daughter with the appointment and referral. Lisa was very friendly, and knowledgeable. I appreciate her personable demeanor throughout the entire process. I cannot thank her and the woman in finance enough for making me feel welcomed. Highly recommend this dealership for getting your dream car in Philly!!

(July 4, 2023, 8:57 pm)What a great experience! I actually connected with Chapman through KBB website. Lisa Oquendo was the first to get back to me. I was looking to downsize to a smaller truck (see picture) & she walked me through the whole process. I think she knew I wanted a Colorado before I did! She also got me a very fair trade in offer. Lisa knew just what to do to get me into the truck I wanted. The new truck was very competitively priced also which was helpful as I didn't want to spend a lot. Everyone I came in contact with at Chapman was knowledgeable, courteous & made me feel like family. I can't recommend them enough! If you're on the fence about what dealer to go to go see Lisa Oquendo at Chapman Chevy.

(May 9, 2023, 8:10 pm)My Fiancée and I randomly strolled into the dealership. I was at awe with the RR Z21 Trail boss 23’. My Fiancée and Lisa Oquendo & Staff. Help me realize that my tuck is not that far out of reach. With a similar truck with similar features that I was desiring. I felt at ease and confident. I didn’t leave with my soon to be truck but left with confidence.
