  The best gym I've ever belonged to. Personal attention and quality of service was above my expectations. Jodi, one of the owners, and the other trainers will adjust the exercise routine if you are just starting out or if you have some kind of issue, like a bad knee or a sprained shoulder, etc. Also the Whole Life Challenge they do at the beginning of the year is life changing, I'm doing it now, and just two weeks in, see immense results in my well-being. 100% recommend. Worth every penny.

  I’ve been getting an incredible workout at PhysicallyFit since 2012 - it’s the best boot camp gym in the area! Trainers are always energetic and challenge you to the next level. Workouts are constantly changing to keep it interesting. Highly recommend for those who want a great workout in and out within the hour. Thanks for your amazing classes Jodi and Chris !!

  Not your everyday “gym”. Best BootCamp workouts I’ve ever done with knowledgeable trainers focused on proper technique. I’ve been a client for 11 years and every day’s workout is unique. Small class sizes allow you to meet everyone and motivate each other while you push yourself to your best. Highly recommend!

  If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! This is a superior facility. Their bootcamp classes are for all levels. They challenge you each and every class. Whether you're brand new or a veteran, it's designed to reach your full potential.
  
  Everyone is friendly - it's a family atmosphere where encouragement is common and we all pull each other up. Under the direction of the owners/trainers, you're in the best care possible. They are skilled and have a huge knowledge of nutrition, health, and know exactly how to modify exercises when necessary. And they truly CARE about each and every member. I wouldn't trust anyone else to oversee my activity.

  I LOVE Physically Fit!! I believe I've been going there for about 4 years now and what I love about it the most is that no 2 workouts are EVER the same! It's a good mix for the body and you don't get tired of the same routine. I'm 41 years old and my body is in the best shape that it has ever been in with 2 kids. And the instructors ROCK!!!
