  All I can say is CALL GIOVANNI!!. We hired Phoenix to replace our roof and siding after a major hail storm. From the start, Giovanni dealt with the adjuster from the insurance company. I never had to lift a finger. They entire company is incredibly professional, starting at the top. They were flexible with scheduling and handled any unexpected issues that came up during the process professionally and quickly. The end result looks amazing. This was one of the most pleasant experiences dealing with a contractor that I have ever had. I cannot recommend them enough.

  Giovanni from Phoenix Roofing was extremely helpful in working with us and handled everything with our insurance company including being there when the insurance company adjuster did their inspection. We had to fix numerous problems due to the recent hail storm that damaged our roof, skylights, siding, gutters, screens and garage doors. This was not a simple job. We wound up replacing the decking on the roof because it was worn out and not thick enough. This was because the house is old and the roof had been replaced numerous times over many decades. We also had them upgrade other parts of the house which were not damaged. The work was excellent and the cost was more than reasonable. Much of it was covered by insurance but not all. The workmanship was top notch and the crew were great. Everything was cleaned up at the end of every workday and the work was done quickly. We highly recommend them for repairs and improvements.

  Our new home suffered hail damage and we were just kicking off the process with our insurance company when we were first connected with Giovanni. To say Giovanni and his team exceeded our expectations is an understatement! From my first interaction with him, it was obvious that his industry expertise was expansive. Not only did he walk us through every step in the process making it as stress-free as possible, he went above and beyond to ensure we were considering every cosmetic detail ( I.e, updating light fixtures, re-centering security cameras, etc.). Any questions we had were answered within hours. He is dedicated to his customers and ensuring a positive experience for them. He stopped by our house frequently to ensure the job was progressing appropriately and make sure we didn’t have any questions. We have received many compliments on our home updates and have raved about Phoenix roofing to all of our neighbors (and my parents- who are also using his services!).   Our house looks great. Giovanni helped us with all of the details including the insurance claim, roofing materials/installation, siding issues/installation, and new gutters. His knowledge and experience were instrumental in getting the look and feel we were hoping to achieve. His team did a great job in getting the job done and coordinating the materials.

  I thought Giovanni and his team were very professional. They arrived promptly today at 6:30am and were finished before 11:00am. Wow! I’ve seen other roofing jobs take two days or more. We appreciated his diligence in helping us through the contract and patience while dealing with a week of rain.
  
  He is very personable and easy to deal with. He was always very responsive and courteous throughout the process. He even checked in on his team this morning to monitor their progress. In all the roof looks fantastic and I recommend them anytime
