  Shawn and his staff couldn’t have handled my claim any better. They respond quickly to questions, and explain the process in an easy to understand way. I’d definitely use Phoenix again and would recommend them to anyone who needs a claim handled.

  Where do I begin?? My home was completely renovated and less than one month after completion the twin home connected to my home was 80% destroyed by fire. The insurance company initially refused to pay for the claim because there was no "visible" damage to my home. This was a process in which I had to trust Shawn and his company. Fortunately, due to this company's expertise and knowledge of "unseen" smoke/water damage to the interior of walls and ceilings they ordered the testing needed to validate my claim. They went above and beyond for to make sure I was compensated for the damage to my home. All of my inquiries in reference to the claim were answered professionally and timely. They told me to leave it to them to be handled and they did exactly that! I highly recommend this company!!!!

  I cannot say enough good things about Shawn and his team. My family experienced a pretty horrific fire. I was weary about hiring a Public Adjuster and figured it would be an extra expense I didn't need to incur. After doing my research on Public Adjusters in general, I decided it might be worth getting one. Sean explained the process to me and was always responsive when I called. I thought his fee was reasonable, so I signed the contract. So far he has been well worth it. His team did all the interface with the insurance company and the contractors freeing up my time to handle all the other things related to the fire. Thank you Shawn and Phoenix Adjusters for all of your work on my claim. I highly recommend this company.

  Thank you Phoenix Public Adjusters staffs! From the first phone call though the whole process Shawn and his staffs were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They really took the stress away from me. At first I was skeptical because this is the first time I have experienced damages to a house and they were so patient to let me calm my nerves, Not pushy to get your business. I made a great decision to use them to help me with my claims. Nice and smooth process!

  Pheonix Public Adjusters LLC are a excellent company. They were there throughout the whole process after my basement had flooded. With they’re help all of the damaged furniture was removed so we could get our zen, workout, and bathrooms back.They showed great enthusiasm and was always up for the job.
